I am not a huge fan of the Beastie Boys songs that feature vocals, but I've always loved their instrumentals. Song for Junior is my favorite.

Interesting... didn't even know they had an album of instrumentals from their other studio releases. The Mix-Up was the one they did of new tracks to "scratch that itch."

I can't believe I never came across this instrumental album back in the '90s, as I was the perfect age for this kind of groove. Must check it out now!

Good to hear BB on RP, there are many tracks to be considered for play. I've never heard this one before, and enjoying it. Their instrumental works are sometimes their best.
