I was going to make a "pumpkin" pie out of a hubbard squarsh that JFW grew but ended up getting a Costco pumpkin pie because I'm so lazy.

I agree that I'd have to try the pumpkin cheesecake but it's the "New Recipe Apple" that I really need to investigate.
