I've had her 6 weeks now. Wow. And my previous dog was amazing and smart but this dog doesn't challenge me. Oh hell, the zoomies are fearfull and she bounds like a deer or something, but I can trust her off the leash already.
She was malnourished but clean. Also generally unawares. Like she was sheltered thus far. The consesus was she was let go. Put out. Driving while inhuman.
I got her out of the road. literally. Approx. 5.5 months. No Id. No anything. Eyes. Radar type stuff. It was like she had papers or a t shirt that read..."I'm next. "

My wife and son are dead keen on getting a dog.. I'm holding back for a few months till I get to semi-retirement and don't have to do these 18 hour days anymore... otherwise, conditions are perfect. It's going to be a big thing. I'm not sure they are aware of it.
I was always thinking I would adopt an older guy that had to be surrendered for one reason or another. Sometimes it just happens right in front of you, this thing or that. lol
