Mostly county building permit requirements I think. He's a really good guy who is taking care of his mother, not that a lady who is taking care of two horses needs all that much taking care of yet.

They may have an even better one (more shade) now behind her new house. It's actually her son that owns the property on the other side of the road from me and my neighbors on both sides. From my neighbor across the road's yard (formerly her horse's pasture) actually. It was a better angle. The edge of my yard is about 30 feet behind me and on the right side of the road.

I thought they said "They never deliver in the boonies". I've seen Proctor and Bergman several times. Always a lot of fun. Still have 24 of their LP's including some of the cardboard ones from the radio show. One has an interesting skit about a census taker "Does apt 3 have a flush toilet - Yes and your going right down it, grab his legs!"
