I know RP has always allowed for subjective feedback to what is being offered, and RP listeners are anything but reserved in this area (However, I don't know if RP is actively monitoring this feedback, and more importantly, making adjustments based on it...).
Are you capturing consumption analytics on your feeds? Specifically, is RP capturing when a user clicks the Skip button and evaluating the patterns here? I, for one, am not happy with the evolution of the Main Mix over the last couple of years â music choice, increased frequency(!) of repeats â and have been voicing my opinion primarily by skipping to the next song. Only to hit skip again several times until I hear a song that appeals to me. This was rarely the case for me before.
In short, I want to know how RP is capturing listener feedback and adjusting accordingly. I don't have the time to provide comments on a song-by-song basis.
Thanks in advance for your response,
Scott
Why on earth do you care, Scott? And why should William et. al divulge this kind of information?

I can completely follow you, Scott. Iâve been listening to RP since the Shoutcast days and have rarely pressed the PSD button over the years. Now itâs different. Perhaps itâs time to move on.
