Just saw this. What kind of drugs are you on ? You're one mean SOB when it is all said and done.
I could have just as easily said Polynesians instead of Pacific Islanders. Are they both offensive or one is and one is not ?
I'm an old surfer. My thoughts about and respect towards Polynesians as a culture are nearly as old as I am. It is genuine and sincere.
I mean really, what the fuck is wrong with you ?
You could have...but you didn't. That's the point.
You always want to assign specific attribution to people. Instead... say what the fuck you mean and stop associating "traits" based on things you can't know.
Say "I have great respect for Polynesian culture". That's it... it's an idea that includes people, but isn't a tag you're placing on individuals.
The "culture of those black people" is not the same as saying "black culture". Stop assigning people to groups, and accept that everyone is a mix of multiple backgrounds.
This isn't usually a big deal, but it's exactly the type of tone-deaf stupidity that Trump displayed in the "I thought Kamala was Indian, now she's black" comments. Seeing people so strictly as belonging to a group is the foundation of racism.
So here's a tip for your trolling... if you want to offend someone, use "those ______" when referring to someone's heritage, background, etc. If you want to display a bit of enlightenment and not look like an asshole when communicating with others, avoid using those to associate anything to a group of people.
What's wrong with me... is that I'm trying not to piss others off over something insensitive and potentially terribly wrong.
Look fuck head. Pacific Islander is on the US government's list of ethnicities on its forms. Polynesian is not on the list. As a CPA filling out government forms, you know this already which makes it even curiouser that you would prefer Polynesian to Pacific Islanders. I was trying to be accurate and politically correct as well to suit assholes like you.

Tulsi is Samoan. A Pacific Islander. I have great respect and reverence towards the cultures of these Islanders.
"These Islanders" refers to the aforementioned Pacific Islanders as opposed to say Falkland Islanders. It is the grammatically correct usage of the pronoun in question. It is not pejorative as you are trying to make this into. It was in a direct response to someone else who mentioned Tulsi's name and the inherent beauty and Hindi spirituality it represents.
You just overlook the intent of what I said to find another way to fuck with me and twist my points to make me look like the uncaring insensitive asshole that is what you actually are. You are projecting your personal problems onto me. My words were honorable and not divisive. Your personal bias and apparent political inbreeding make you look at things differently than what was intended. You have a pronoun problem which is an attachment to the people and party that you now so ardently support. That is your problem, not mine.
Worse, after that you go after Gabbard personally and essentially call her a human POS.
Like kcar, I'm done with you. You just want to punch down and virtue signal instead of have any real discussions. So fuck off.
If the people's dearest thoughts & wishes would only play a role. Unfortunately it is merely a tiny, select few of indivdual oligarchs who keep pronouncing the day for us all, for our all good or bad.

And yeah, Tulsi Gabbard so far has been one of the very few hopefuls in US politics who speak the truth, instead of an MSM double-speak slime blob from our tv-set.
Yer so superior on your moral high horse, you do make me wanna throw up.
With your programmatic goal of "inclusion of any diversity" and teaching from a pedestal the only thing you produce is division, the opposite of your "apparent" programming.
Instead of lambasting other folks' wordings I suggest you work on yourself first.
Empathy isn't programming, and I accept that I'm a work in progress.
You don't have to be an asshole you know... it's a choice.

To their credit, they are showing Josh Shapiro's speech in Philly... but the banner at the bottom says "Shapiro rallies for Harris & Walz after VP snub"
