Longing for winter
Longing for cold
Bikeride through the snow
Blinded by darkness
Summer flows to the cemetery slow
Pink versus black
Black versus magenta
This picture of you
Just melts in my agenda
While seasons change you know
Yes, the season change you know
With the flow
Days just shorten
Days just glow
This fire keeps us warm
While this storm will uncover
Our secret place called
The cemetary dawn
Pink versus black
Black versus magenta
This picture of you
Just melts in my agenda
While seasons change you know
Yes, season change you know
( Look left )
With the flow
( Look down )
( Look up )
( Look right )
( You're camouflaged by a wall of blue )
( And turn the world magenta ... )

"This picture of you just melts in my agenda" is a bad rhyme. Maybe no lyrics altogether would be better. Otherwise, I kinda like it.

Very Very good song
Every song off of this album just begs for psychedelic corroboration. And I give my nod of concurrence, even as I space out on the incredibly apt atmospherics...
This falls in the category of (would never have heard this song if it wasn't for RP). Must say I added this to my own playlist.
That photo of the band kind of gives a whole new meaning to the term "Elevator Music"
Love all of the album

It's like listening to a movie playing in another room.

Great vacuum cleaner you got there!!! This has always been very, very TRIPPY and has always struck me as quite, quite Magenta, indeed! One of the trippiest groups ever...
This is very soothing.

I support this song, but I can not endorse it.

" look up, look down, look right". It's an optician
Hooverphonic is great, i just wonder since this is a Belgium band why I never see Ozark Henry on the playlist on RP
This song is cool... the dark-sounding chord (description from below) hooked me
Like all things Hoover- it sucks.
Would be better without the silly words.
front end instrumental makes me think of S. Kubrick's "Full Metal Jacket." Frightening indeed.
I really like that dark-sounding chord throughout this.

Damn, this is nice. I really need to pick up this album.
Volume set at 11, the horns in my Klipsh's are glowing red.

8 -> 9. Works very well while writing annoying code segments.
that guys sounds like the spaceship in The Flight of the Navigator.
Frickin newbies.

It's a Holiday weekend — give Bill a break!
Besides he has added at least 2 tracks today that are new to the RP playlist.

Fear not. The segues do change. A good one may last several years, others last a couple of months.
I've also noticed that live DJing tends to occur more often around 9A-3P PST/PDT weekdays and on musically thematic holidays. I'm probably not totally on the mark there, but I think I'm fairly close.

Whoa, the segues are always nice, and the content is always consistent IMO and flows through different genres and emotions throughout the day, which is most appreciated by this listener. And with such a large library and the constant addition of new music (which we all benefit from) I think we can forgive the DJ if we hear some repeat sets from time to time. The one thing we can all be sure of is that no one is clicking the "Genius" button in Paradise.

"Segue first, content second"? So the quality of the song doesn't matter as long as it blends into the following song? Methinks you have it backward.

Now that was a smmmooooooth transition from Afro Celt's The Silken Whip to this. (May 12 2009)
——————-
So the music repeats on a very large loop. I suppose it is OK since I have never noticed before.
Oh and a very atmospheric track this is too.

It depends where you use it. It's not my absolute favorite color either, but I paint with it very frequently, (I mean on paper and canvas, etc. - not walls). I goes well with several different palettes.

Brilliant segue from the Afro-Celt Sound System - I honestly couldn't hear the join until the singer started up. I'm a big, big fan of this bunch, of whom I'd never have heard if not for RP. Undoubtedly the second best thing to come out of Belgium (the best is the beer, of course :*)). I don't yet have this album, but that omission will very soon be rectified. An immediate 8 from the Nottingham jury.

Mmmm...mmmm... good.
This is great stuff...
Spectacular. Thanks for introducing me to this group! :D
tremendous. i personally think that all of the tracks on their first two albums should be in rotation here.
(pimp)
hooverphonic just happened to be guests on my boss\'s radio show Friday, and now I hear them here \"on my other inet radio\"
pure symphonic bliss raging keyboard hues are hard hitting with a delicate sensuality taking over the entire theme of the album----at least according to AMG anyway
