But I've never felt too safe
And in this hard life
I've had to navigate
Through un-exhausted
Has been my virtue
Ooh, I've hoped for comfort
But I've never felt too safe
And in this hard life
I've had to navigate
Through un-exhausted
Has been my virtue
They set themselves against I
They set my pride on fire
Phoenix always rises high
Rebel crusader
Driven to decisions
They trapped me into
The revolution solution
Oh, I've come to join you
Oh, I've hoped for comfort
But I've never felt too safe
And in this hard life
I've had to navigate
Through un-exhausted
Has been my virtue
Ooh, I've hoped for comfort
But I've never felt too safe
And in this hard life
I've had to navigate
Through un-exhausted
Has been my virtue
The paradox of poverty
Has left us dismayed
Sliding democracy
Washing away
The toil of the many goes
To the fortunate few
The revolution solution
Oh, I've come to join you
The toil of the many goes
To the fortunate few
The revolution solution
Oh, I've come to join you
"The toil of the many goes to the fortunate few"
Only under socialism! I'd expect more intellectual acumen from Peretz Bernstein..
Yeah, you got that totally backward, flo'. Your quote, the song lyric, describes Capitalism.
Not that Socialism is the opposite of Capitalism...
6 to an 8
8 ball 2 A 9

Only under socialism! I'd expect more intellectual acumen from Peretz Bernstein..
Yet, hyper capitalist Bezos plays in his rocket while its workers pee in bottles.

LMAO
Wake Up
Oh yeah, this song? Bumping it from a 9 to a 10
(Except RP, of course)
I believe both kinds of music means country and western.
Technically, it's not really "reverb" producing that sound, it's "delay" (or "echo"). "Reverb" is a random repetition of a sound within 30 or 40 milliseconds of the original sound (like sounds in a marble hallway); "echo" is a distinct repetition after 40 or 50 milliseconds (i.e. an echo in a canyon), which is called "delay" in the recording industry. They are slightly different things.
I know, nerdy details....
Or more accurately reverberation is sound waves bouncing acoustically reflective surfaces that arrive at the listener in such rapid succession that the brain cannot differentiate them from each other. 10 milliseconds (ms) is generally agreed to be the minimum time separation needed for a human to discern one sound from another so the random reflections (repetitions) that arrive at the listener after that time period vs the original sound, I.E. any reflection happening before that will just be perceived by the brain as the original sound, are what we perceive as reverb. Sound travels at approximately 1 ft/second so any reflections have a path length of more than 10 feet from the source to the listener and arrive at the listener less than 10 ms apart can contribute to what is perceived as reverberation that follows a sound. Reverb created electronically, as it is usually applied in a recording studio, is normally intended to create a sense of space, it's expansiveness depending on how long of a decay time the reverb device is set to recreate. Delay/echo when applied in this setting, or a live performance for that matter, is almost always rhythmic, i.e., the time of the delay matches the the tempo of the song, either per beat or possibly at twice or four times the tempo (two or four echos for every beat). It can also be used in conjunction with short decay reverb to create a sense of a smallish space. Rockabilly is a good example of that, think of most Stray Cats (or Jerry Lee Lewis) songs you may have heard. I know, even nerdier details ...
There is BOTH echo AND reverb on the song!
Yes I like mexican music!

But my whole life is a revolution day after day
I resist and hope for better times

I think you are confused.

They are completely separate concepts.
Strangely mesmerizing comment graphics. Works nicely with the song.

The reasons I read the comments is to,
1) learn about the product being played
2) enjoy the witty jousting between commenters
3) add to my vast fund or unrelated knowledge.
So thank you in reference to #3
I agree :)
And there's quite a lot of reverb AND some echo on the vocal track :) Pretty nice effect, though, sounds very analog.
Whatever it is--It seems like too much.

I think I'm going to like this one better than the last.

Thank you for taking the time to explain the difference. I like to know these details.
Sincerely,

Amen! I already have it. Cheers.
