Someone told me long ago
There's a calm before the storm
I know
It's been comin' for some time

When it's over, so they say
It'll rain a sunny day
I know
Shinin' down like water

I wanna know, have you ever seen the rain
I wanna know, have you ever seen the rain
Comin' down on a sunny day

Yesterday and days before
Sun is cold and rain is hard
I know
Been that play for all my time

Till forever upon it goes
Through the circle fast and slow
I know
It can't stop, I wonder

I wanna know, have you ever seen the rain
I wanna know, have you ever seen the rain
Comin' down on a sunny day

Yeah

I wanna know, have you ever seen the rain
I wanna know, have you ever seen the rain
Comin' down on a sunny day

first vinyl record i bought as a kid at a grocery store 45 rpm single
Great song. Love Rod Stewart cover. Bonnie Tyler's one is too screamed IMHO

I don't understand why RP listeners who don't like a particular song don't just skip it.

Because you skip ahead hear a bunch of stuff you don't want to hear, then finally 2 that you like.  Then it all repeats again, trim the not so great vocals please.

Funny, I just deleted a negative comment I made on what must have been a bad day - am not on any social media and maybe some days this is where we vent? I'd blame covid but anger and frustration predate this. Ignore any negative or stupid comments I post and I'll try to ignore others'.
PS Rain + sun = rainbows. Just saying

There are idiots everywhere.

It's all about the Hammond B3 with Leslie speaker.  Lifts my spirit every time.
Godlike.

Their voices must be heard! Their displeasure must be noted and acknowledged!

Sounds like it's being sung by a backward tree-stump wearing eating britches, chewin on the cud of a snappy cow.

The movie also featured the lovely Tuesday Weld, who unfortunately I haven't seen in a movie since 1993's "Falling Down".

Tuesday's GONE!

the final scene of that movie is a reference to Neil Cassady's death. Great Movie!
On a sunny summer day in Texas - it happens all the time
By far not their best.

I'm sure that Bill is not sitting there spinning records but I just heard it too. {#Stupid}

Hi, Bill, you need to fix (or change) this song!

Yes, there is a weird hiccup early in the song.  Feels out of place but if that is the original recording, please do not touch it.
Way good.
Hi, Bill, you need to fix (or change) this song!
That last extended "YEAH" by J.F. is epic.
So good.
how do you know perfect song to play?
From the Pendulum album. Last album they did with Tom Fogerty.
Of course this is a darn good, good, good oldie! Cheers! {#Cheers}

Great song from my formative years.  Still holds up well.

Godlike

Recent text from my daughter, a freshman at the University of Michigan:

"So this morning's East Quad breakfast playlist consisted of CCR songs … Pretty sure I was the only one who knew all the words to 90 percent of the songs. I wanted to jump on a table and belt out Have You Ever Seen the Rain? I blame you."

Blame accepted.
