I can't help about the shape I'm in
I can't sing, I ain't pretty, and my legs are thin
Don't ask me what I think of you
I might not give the answer that you want me to
Now when I talk to God

I think he'll understand
Stick by me and I'll be your guiding hand
Don't ask me what I think of you
I might not give the answer that you want me to

Shepherd has murdered this. I hope Peter Green hasn't heard it...!
Agreed. All the noise and fury leaves out some of the subtlety so key to the feeling of the song and the lyrics. The dead silent pauses. The drumsticks on the rim of the snare drum between stanzas.  Peter Green's guitar licks have so much more feeling.  michaelc wrote:
Not bad cover. . . but no where near original

Is that Noah Hunt on vocals?
Leo Kottke and Mike Gordon also did a nice (and easy) cover of this song!
{#Devil_pimp}nice follow up to the mac tune / joe Jackson does a very zesty version of this as well
Certainly noisier than the original, ut does it really add anything? I don think so. A 5.Kenny Wayne Shepherd — Oh Well
Added a nice layer of southern rock and a handful of grit... I like it!
Lots of noise, but it sure thumps and rocks.

A heavier cover of that famous Fleetwood Mac song only with bigger cahonas - I like it!
