We had an intern working with us a few years ago, cute as a button and a bit on the skittish side. I couldn't place who she reminded me of until one day it came to me, "You look a lot like Sinead O'Connor." Said she, missing the point, "But she's BALD!" and burst into tears. Well, I told you she was skittish. A while later, her cat died while having its teeth cleaned, she fell completely apart, and we never saw her again.

This is one woman I have so much respect for.  I love her voice, and I will never forget seeing her on SNL (as mentioned in posts below), but not just for the politcal stance she made. I look back on that now and admire her guts to stand up there and do what she did. What passion! She stood up for her beliefs in a non-violent way and in such a public way, and I find that awesome.

This song if definitely not her best, but I'll take it. Her voice is wonderful.

This is \"pure\" pop not \"typical\" pop. Upbeat and catchy music are not exclusive to the Brittany Spears set and Sinead should never be likened to cookie-cutter pop.

I\'m usually anything but a Sinead fan, but this one is infectious. Wouldn\'t mind hearing it once a week or so. For unknown reasons, I now wonder if she\'s ever done a cover of \'Blinded By the Light\' by Manfred Mann\'s Earth Band.
