Sitting with the thinker
Trying to work it out
It's a traffic jam of the brain
Makes you want to scream and shout
Presidential party
No one wants to dance
Looking for a new star
To put you in a trance
Let's go all the way
Let's go all the way
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
Let's go all the way
Workin' in a factory
Eight days a week
Try to make dollar
Damn what a beat
Cartoon capers
Happen in reality
Rich man poor man
Livin' in fantasy
Let's go all the way
Let's go all the way
Let's go all the way
Yeah yeah yeah
Livin' in New York
Looks like an apple core
(Apple core)
Asphalt Jungle
Got to be a man of war
California dreamers
Sinkin' in the sand
(The sand, the sand)
The Hollywood Squares are
Living in Disney Land
Let's go all the way
(Let's go all the way)
Let's go all the way
(Let's go all the way)
We can make a better way
Let's go all the way
Go all the way
Let's go all the way, yeah
Na na na
Na na na

Fantastically, addictively, leg boppingly, terribly 80s tripe. I love it
I had this as part of a British version of those awful compilation series "Now That's What I Call Music." (Whoops dey it is). It struck me as crass, trying too hard to cash in by being cool. Rueful head shake...7 for the memories.
did not like it then and certainly not now
P-Funk alumni on this track!

Agreed. This definitely does NOT need to be revisited now or ever.

Great
lets be honest, it's technically brilliant 12 bar blister!
Holy crap! I forgot this song existed!

Arrgh I thought all the copies of this were destroyed....
awesome song. gets me moving.
Rubbish. Sub sub sub T-Rex. In fact I'm ashamed to have even mentioned T-Rex in the same sentence.
Sort of interesting in a Hey-wasn't-that-guy-with-P–funk? sort of way but doesn't really do much for me. I'd give it a 5 or 6 but I don't really care enough to click.
Wayback Machine, engage!
I'm going all the way to the PSD button.
let's dance already..
Terrible!
Don't hear it for 30 years and then suddenly...
Still don't mind it.

I hit the wall while writing a report and listening to this s**t …

Ironically, the first video aired on MTV conveyed a similar sentiment.
I remember this from when MTV was somewhat of a novelty and still did music videos exclusively. I like the song in itself, but nostalgia probably adds some good feelings too. Unfortunately it seems as if music videos have killed good music in the sense that the video/image of the artist seems more important than the music nowadays (at least for "popular" music).

i'm frankly a bit surprised to hear this one.

I wonder where they are going.
Sorry, have to go against the negative grain here. It's fun and the nostalgic factor is high. Always thought it was Roxette too. I can see why folks don't like it, but I do. :)
A little "At of Noise"-ish.

This song defines "sucko-barfo"
Utterly terrible...but I find it funny that almost all the comments in 2003 were negative... and 12 years later... almost all good....
Sounds like Roxette :-D
...i like the 80th...
...i like the 80th...
heck yeah!
A cute tune, but the band was short lived: 1985-88.

Gee, Is this bubble gum? Or is it one of those catchy tunes that we all secretly liked but never told anyone? I think so.
So much fun!
Not exactly that bad, but... hard to define. Drunk Prince meets cheap Art of Noise meets stoned Roxette meets my neighbor.
Take it easy, people. Sly Fox is an indie project by Mudbone (Muddy) Cooper—-a respected member of Parliament Funk. He was the one who wrote "Atomic Love Dog."
I have talked to him personally on the phone (when he was friends with a former bf), and he is a super nice guy!
This is the reason I listen to RP. Last played in 2003. But you know it fits with todays mix. Maybe there is a reason a cultural reason for it being played today. Plus it just reminds me that someone is really driving this bus with song selection.
I dig the song. Yeah if the whole station was this or even 4% more like this it might be too much. But Bill does it perfectly. Lighten up. Obviously Bill has.

Not sure how I feel about this, but the nostalgia factor is strong.
I ♥ RP!!!!!!!!!!
What in THE hell?!?!
This song defines \"sucko-barfo\"
please, no more!!!!
It sounds like Prince when he\'s awful.
Bill...WTF?!?!? I thought my Abacast had changed to a local 80\'s station...
It was bad then and sounds even worse today.
I like it! I\'m a child of the 80s, and though I hate pop music, this song is pretty darn good.
Let\'s make it go away I do appreciate the attempts to introduce curious choices for rotation. There have been some enjoyable 80\'s music fodder that merit a listen because of their significance or novelty but this song has no significance or depth. Sure (to some) it\'s a guilty pleasure but beyond revisiting days gone by I don\'t see any reason to listen to this song. Except to spur on musical debates and comments...
Wow! Although I like this song (child of the 80\'s), you are gonna get some less than favorable posts on this one Bill :) Cheers to you for being so bold! \"zingy zingy....\"
