I seem to remember that she had another minor hit around the same time as this song, but I can't remember the name. Can anyone help me out?
She also had a song called "Draw of the Cards" which, in my opinion, was a zillion times better than this slop.
ouch. but hearing the crappy synthesizer and drums does effectively place one back in the early 80s, for better or worse. Still, stick a fork in that one.
OK - I'm awake now.
I never thought I'd hear this in a million years here. RP continues to surprise, even it's unpleasantly so.
I like the cover from Buh-Whee Sigs better. Teeda Bebbe Dayba Dye!
what the hell is this crap?
reminds me of my gay friend wishing she was a man so Kim Carnes would go with her... like she stood a chance.
Bette Davis. Not Betty.
sssssssssssssssssssssssssssucky.
sssssssssssssssssssssssssexy.
Of the freeks just played.. this (Betty Davis Eyes) and (Black Box Recoder\'s Seasons In The Sun) were the most welcomed! :)
in one way, this was the perfect way to end this offbeat set. on the othe, it knocks the legs out from the other songs, as if this cheesy one somehow colors how we might feel about the offbeat songs (but in my opinion, interesting and worthy) that came previously. :(

Interesting little trip down memory lane. Of course, the lane is now a super highway...
i\'m not sure what made me laugh more, the song, or the fact that this is from \"The Best of Kim Carnes\"
Brings back great memories of being a teenager.
Look out! Here come the \"FM overplayed\" police!!
