There's a place where I come from
It's the place where I belong
Where you will never die
Wipe the tears off from your eyes
Sun and moon and stars above
Never match this perfect love
Just look to the painter's hands
Like an ocean meets its sand.

Digigee Digigee Dime Dime Digigee Digigee Dime

Twisted castles in her hair
Building mountains in the air
Making profits, lending loans,
Ancient TV's, golden telephones
But within this misty cave,
Lies a painter, blind but brave
Paints the story of where we've been
Where we are, where we could be.

So Kiss the light, seize the day
Shine your shoes, come to play
Sun is shining, sky is clear
Leave your worries with your fears
Light eternal, sleep inside
To my heart and through my eyes
Bringing in sweetness to my soul
Close your eyes, be made whole

I can imagine them being great live - they are tight. Not really my thing but appreciate their musicianship.
Holy cow, an 18 year break in the comments!

I ride my bus.  Hope it is not a short bus.
am reminded of Barenaked Ladies. Rather goofy but they are having a great time. not my cuppa but fun for some, and a great band name. hope they grew into it
Almost as bad as Cat Stevens!

Actually, it sounds more like The Wiggles. An equally annoying british children's program.

(pimp) Is that lyric "I Ride my Bus"?

Likeable for some inexplicable reason. Kinda has a Barenaked Ladies feel to it. With a side of salsa.
This song would have been oh so much less annoying if it were Digee Nickle. Alas, it isn't.
Love this group, though not necessarily this song~

Somewhat catchy, good for the first minute, but then it gets to ya. Sort of like the Waterboys and "why look at the moon". If you like this song, you should check out the Waterboys, they are without the digge digge stuff though.
woot woot! reminiscent of the old tiki birds song at walt disney world. it makes me :)
Sounds like someone found a previously unreleased Cat Stevens track. Nice.
I\'ve got a sinking feeling that this is going to stay in my head a while.

Wow, excellent observation zeb. That's perfect. That said, I don't really care for the tune nor Blues Traveler.
this has got to be the most annoying song ever made.

That's the best part of the song.
Another great use of a time signature. They have a tight sound
Perky, but in a good way. I mean...not GREAT, but a perfectly acceptable second-cuppa tune.
If it weren\'t for that annoying \"diggetty-digge (whatever)\" refrain, it might be an enjoyable song.
I like it! It\'s a very happy song. Makes me smile. :)
Well, I like both Blues Traveler and Cat Stevens. But not this. Sweet heavens, not this. :(

Wouldn\'t call it sucko-barfo. Not offensive at all. A little light-weight perhaps. Makes me think Disney animation soundtrack - which is kinda fun.
