Er, it most certainly is if the work is copyrighted. Theft of intellectual property is every bit as wrong (and illegal) as theft of material goods.

Good stuff. Flowed nicely from the Bela Fleck played before. I would reccomend the "Gabe Dixon Band" to anyone who likes stuff in this general vain.
Sting II? Nice instrumentation and energy, though.
