Last part of this track is great
Good Tune! I never heard of them before. Thank You RP!
Girls, girls. You're both pretty.
Does anyone know if the whole album is that great?
If so: another item for my wishlist!

Here's an appropriate comment made in 2004. 2004!!!! It appears that this station/ DJ continues to air incredibly old playlists with little regard for the listeners. For a breath of fresh air, I suggest you tune in some of the hipper DJ's out there, such as Gregg McVicar, who program new shows daily. I hear something new (and good) each time I listen.
I'm sure that Gregg (a friend of mine from way back) would agree that if we stopped playing anything that anyone ever complained about, we'd be left with a very bland mix of tunes...

Luna Park, as in Coney Island? There's an idle tower there like this one.

Love his voice, love this band, love this album!
Gotta "love" Rp listener's elitism where guys always place bad marks on stuff they don't understand lyrically, that is different, ethnic.
But play Thom Yorke, Bono, Lennon or any overhyped rubbish and you'll get instant 10s, even if burping was all there was....

"with little regard for the listeners."
Which means that you (for whatever reason) don't like it. You are not "the listeners". I know this will come as a shock to you.

'2004!!!' he shouted, unaware that by the looks of the commentdates after that one (2005, 2013, 2017) this track has only been played a handful in the past 14(!!!!) years. ;)

Och, aye! Even though I am a Scotsman, it makes me want to don my Kilt and brogues, grab my Sgian Dubh, and turn a reel -- I love it!
Stop, Stop!!!!! You are making my cat dizzy!

have to agree, sometimes less is more. lots better similar stuff to play instead of this.
Some editing would've made this an effective piece, as opposed to the overlong, wearying opus this is.

The longer it went, the lower my rating dropped. Don't need to hear that one again,

OOH! I like this! I generally don't like the Celtic stuff so much, but I love how they built up that energy to a climax!
Edit: I like the stuff where dude isn't singing.
We don't have 'dudes' in Ireland Dear, just real men :-)

Answer to the question," What did Frodo say when he realized they were short one Wizard? "
Gandalf me!
What?.......oh.
ENOUGH!!!
Love it! More, please.

I agree. AAAA. It starts off really strong and then completely loses focus, like for some reason, they wanted to get every possible kind of noise/note/instrument/vocalist all in one song. Too much!
how long is this song?
it was celtic, it turned middle eatsern towards the end.
Interesting!!
tooo interesting :flamed.gif:
some of this sounds like it should be on the sound track for boondock saints.

Interesting. The instrumental combination seems to be somewhere between flamenco and classic celtic instruments with almost Sufi-style singing slid in between. This could definitely grow on me...
funny you should say Sufi-style -- and i hear where you're coming from, altho i'm pretty sure the lyrics are gaelic. as for the seeming spanish flavor you're hearing, there is/was a very strong celtic presense in spain long before the moors got there, so perhaps it's simply the emergence of the original musical styles coming through? i think this is pretty straight-up celtic, musically speaking (i'm no expert).

I dunno, I just don't dig this mixture...it is like oil and water
Kila are such a great band! Excellent live too. It's a pity all Radio Paradise has is Luna park. The albums Tog e go bog e and handel's fantasy are much better in my opinion!
KiLA is one of the bands I first heared on RP. I've just ordered one of there albums, which proves I like their music. Please play on ...
SERIOUSLY is it really eclectic radio to play the same tired genre for 30 minutes? Bill, obviously you didn't get enough on St. Patty's Day. This Celtic Rock Cacophony has GOT to stop. I love RP, but the last half hour has nearly killed me.

Let's hope not. This is one of the rocking-est tunes I've heard in a long time. Keep it goin' guys!!

They're a Celtic band, but there's just a wee bit too much going on for me......
Great energy...I like this a lot. I'd like to hear some other cuts of theirs.
I like this song a lot, but there was one stretch in there where I thought it sounded like the music from the "Survivor" show.
Without a doubt, Kila is one of the best live bands I've ever seen. They put on an incredible show, and are well worth every penny. I couldn't reccomend them higher.

Mé ag dul in aois arís
Ag fás in mo shaol
Léi ag sroicheadh bís arís
Ach mise liom féin
Má bhraitheann mé an íseal brí anuas orm arís
Glanfaidh mé amach é mar a ghlan mé cheana féin
Má bhraitheann mé an doicheall anuas orm arís
Glanfaidh mé amach é mar atá ar bun agam anois
Glanfaidh mé a leithéid de scáth ó mo chroí
Ó, glanfaidh mé amach iad
Glanfaidh mé a leithéid de scamaill amach as mo shlí
Glanfaidh mé amach iad
Glanfaidh mé a leithéid de scáth ó mo chroí
Ó, glanfaidh mé amach iad
Glanfaidh mé a leithéid de scamaill amach as mo shlí
Go amach as mo shlí
As mo chroí
Do bhraith mé an íseal brí ag brú anuas orm arís
— glanfaidh mé amach é —
Bhraith mé doicheall an diabhail ag déanamh lóistín laistigh díom arís
— glanfaidh mé amach é —
Bhraith mé mo mhisneach ag ídiú uaim 's ag dul amú orm arís
— glanfaidh mé amach é —
Do bhraith mé an dorchadas do mo thimpeallú 's ag cur isteach orm arís
— glanfaidh mé amach é —
Glanfaidh mé a leithéid de scáth ó mo chroí
Ó, glanfaidh mé amach iad
Glanfaidh mé a leithéid de scamaill amach as mo shlí
Glanfaidh mé amach iad
Glanfaidh mé a leithéid de scáth ó mo chroí
Ó, glanfaidh mé amach iad
Glanfaidh mé a leithéid de scamaill amach as mo shlí
Go amach as --
Beidh mé réidh, beidh mé romhat, beidh mé úr, beidh mé ullamh
Beidh mé socair ionam féin arís
Beidh mé léi, beidh mé leo, beidh mé leat, beidh mé lán
Beidh mé iomlán folláin arís
Beidh mé saor, beidh mé sona, beidh mé suan, beidh mé slán
Ar ais chugam féin arís
Beidh mé clé, dheas, thuaidh, theas
Socair ionaim féin arís, dhé
Glan glan, glan arís, glan glan arís
Glan glan, go dtí go bhfuil mé sona sásta
Glan glan, glan arís, glan glan arís
Glan glan, go dtí go bhfuil mé slán sabháilte
Glan glan, glan arís, glan glan arís
Glan glan, go dtí go bhfuil mé sona sásta
Glan glan, glan arís, glan glan arís
Glan glan, glanfaidh mé amach mo shaol
Dia liom, Dia leat, Dia leis, Dia léi
Dia leo, Dia libh, Dia linn uilig
Dia dhá réiteach, Dia dhá réiteach
Dia liom, Dia leat, Dia leis, Dia léi
Dia leo, Dia libh, Dia linn uilig
Dia dhá réiteach, Dia dhá réiteach
Dia liom, Dia leat, Dia leis, Dia léi
Dia leo, Dia libh, Dia linn uilig
Dia dhá réiteach, Dia dhá réiteach
Dia liom, Dia leat, Dia leis, Dia léi

I'm getting old again
Growing in my life
With her reaching a spiral again
But I'm alone
If I feel the low meaning over me again
I will clean it out like I already cleaned it
If I feel the resentment over me again
I'll clear it out as I have it up now
I will clear such a shadow from my heart
Oh, I'll clean them out
I will clear such clouds out of my way
I will clean them out
I will clear such a shadow from my heart
Oh, I'll clean them out
I will clear such clouds out of my way
Out of my way
From my heart
I felt the low meaning pressing down on me again
— I'll clean it out —
I felt the wrath of the devil taking up residence within me again
— I'll clean it out —
I felt my courage draining from me and losing myself again
— I'll clean it out —
I felt the darkness surrounding me and disturbing me again
— I'll clean it out —
I will clear such a shadow from my heart
Oh, I'll clean them out
I will clear such clouds out of my way
I will clean them out
I will clear such a shadow from my heart
Oh, I'll clean them out
I will clear such clouds out of my way
Out of --
I'll be ready, I'll be before you, I'll be fresh, I'll be ready
I will be calm within myself again
I will be with her, I will be with them, I will be with you, I will be full
I will be completely healthy again
I will be free, I will be happy, I will sleep, I will be safe
Back to myself again
I will be left, right, north, south
Calm in me again, god
Clean clean, clean again, clean clean again
Clean clean, until I'm happy
Clean clean, clean again, clean clean again
Clean clean, until I'm safe and sound
Clean clean, clean again, clean clean again
Clean clean, until I'm happy
Clean clean, clean again, clean clean again
Clean clean, I will clean out my life
