sounds like joe jackson
From the Wiki entry:
Tears for Fears were part of the MTV-driven Second British Invasion of the US.[8]
Shouldn't that be the Third Invasion? Beatles, Kinks, Chad & Jeremy, Gerry & the Pacemakers, Petula Clark, et.al. were the first. Led Zepplin, Blind Faith, Yes, Pink Floyd, etc. were the second.
I think using the term "Invasion" is incorrect also. That "MTV-driven invasion" was part of the New Wave that started in the late 1970's, before MTV was invented!
I'm clicking on the citation link right now and giving it a piece of my mind!

Good voice but rhythm always the same than the other years

Hoping this song gets played one day soon. This is a highly underrated CD from T4F that is arguably one of the best in their catalog!

Oh, I know about it really being a solo effort just under the title of T4F. And while I love this CD, I thought the new one, "Everybody Loves A Happy Ending", was brilliant, but sadly overlooked.
Seems like T4F Haven't gotten the attention in the States they deserve since Elemental, and not even all that was due there!

One note though, this album was recorded after Roland Orzabal split away from Curt Smith. He later released a CD as Roland Orzabal. His work is great. So Elemental & Raoul are both solo efforts by Roland.
