This song appears to be off of "Farewell", not "Twist of Shadows"
Xymox had some really good stuff, this just isn't it. The first two albums and a couple mixed in later are real good. Try playing Michelle from Medusa.
The name of the band sounds like one of those prescription drugs they run ads for during NCIS: "Ask your doctor if Xymox is right for you."

Ignore my last post. I have the wrong boards on my screen. I'm responding to RP but actually listening to streaming evangelical praise and worship. Or not.

Xymox? As in Zy-Mox? As in, I've never even heard of these f'in guys before? HS. And it's not bad. A heady '80s brew. Thanks, RP.
Cool

A good 80's band long gone. A good tune and I think I prefer other tracks over this one....but may be too "alternative" for RP?!

All Praise to the Baby Jebus!
As usual, somebody has to post that there are better tracks from whatever band. I'll be that person here. Still good to hear, but there are a few with more appeal to me.
edit: Nice 11-year span between plays

Medusa is a wonderful LP; Twist of Shadows the most classic (still found in the cutout bins) with Blind Hearts, which still gets airplay in my house. Avoid Metamorphosis as a first introduction, since it was recorded on a different label and tried to be a dance track (tho I liked it okay ultimately).
Thanks for the info! what album is "losing my head" on? I really love that track. itunes only have "Twist of Shadows " are all the songs on that album as good as "losing my head"?

Or not.
What IS this godless dreck? More Michael W. Smith!
Hearing massive bass back there. Pink Floyd influence?
Liked "Clan" back in the late eighties. Weren't they on the 4AD label?
If sigur ros does it, this one has not the magic. 6 max.
