Placebo — Where Is My Mind
Ooooohh
Ooooohh
Ooooohh
Ooooohh
With your feet on the air and your head on the ground
You try this trick and spin it
Yeah (yeah)
Your head will collapse
And there's nothing in it
And you'll ask yourself
Where is my mind
Where is my mind
Where is my mind
Where is my mind
Way out
In the water, see her swimming
I was swimming in the Caribbean
The animals would hide behind the rocks
Except the little fish
When they told me east is west
As they tried to cry
Where is my mind
Where is my mind
Where is my mind
Where is my mind
Way out
In the water, see them swimming
With your feet on the air and your head on the ground
Try this trick and spin it, yeah
Your head will collapse
And there's nothing in it
And you'll ask yourself
Where is my mind
Where is my mind
Where is my mind
Where is my mind
Way out
In the water, see her swimming
(With your feet on the air and your head on the ground
Try this trick and spin it, yeah)

If you are going to do a cover, at least bring something to it. This sounds like an almost note for note copy. Without the Pixies talent to pull it off.
pixies cover?
marla, the tourist... the sore in your mouth that would heal if you stopped your tongue from rubbing against it? or something?
think: end of fight club

I absolutely agree! Give us the Pixies or give us death!
Ok. This song sounds a lot like the original, but not as good. Why not hear the Pixies' original then??
I always thought that if you were going to cover someone else's song, then you should either 1) do it better than the original, or 2) take an entirely different direction with the song so that the song stands on its own (like Hendrix doing Dylan's All Along the Watchtower).
This song does neither, so why waste your time with it?
I'm still looking for mine.... :D
You know, I love the Pixies, and this is one of my favorite songs, but I amnot liking this cover.
S'okay, I suppose, but I'd rather hear the original.
I like it

I'd love to hear this....
