I don't see myself when I look in the mirror
I see who I should be
I don't see myself when I look in your eyes
Thank God for that
I don't see myself when I look cross the river
I see where I should be
I don't see myself when I look from the sky
Thank God for that
I hear them screaming
On the radio
Its getting louder
In the crossfire
Trying to find some hope
From the ashes of their broken homes
I don't see myself when they fail to deliver
I see what I should be
I don't see myself when I look at the flag
Thank God for that
I hear them screaming
On the radio
It's getting louder
In the crossfire
Trying to find some hope
Our day will come
We'll find the sun
We'll find the fire
We'll sanctify
The love we gave
Our one desire
I hear them screaming
On the radio
Its getting louder
In the crossfire
Trying to find some hope
I hear them screaming
On the radio
Its getting louder
In the crossfire
Trying to find some hope
From the ashes of their broken homes

I have a couple of their albums and I profess to like them ok. However, when I heard the drums and chord patterns from another room I thought I was hearing Coldplay's "Yellow." I guess its either 1)the sincerest form of flattery or 2)just my own opinion.
Nah. Its a pretty good observation, even the way the song ends.

You are so right, I thought the same! Not my cup of tea.
i liked that "Love Is Here" album enough, but it just seems like they're recycling the same old songs now. still not bad, just not very exciting, imo.
Well........Starsailor is my new Fav. band so far this year. Thanks Starsailor and RP for playing these guys.
Peace
Jeff
the more i listen the more i like.
Just bumped this up from 6 to 7. Might just have to buy this CD!
I like it. It's getting a lot of airtime here.
pretty interesting song. I liked his high vocals.
Is this the new Robbie Williams Song?
Oops...
Very decent, and like my fellow PR listeners, I hadn't heard of them before. Another one to go on the shopping list!
This is just about the only band that my husband and I don't agree on - he doesn't like them and I do...I like their earlier stuff ...I think they can be a bit whiney, but in a nice cold play kind of way...
agreed - it's ok, but i won't miss it.

They were a one-hit-wonder a few years back with the single, "Good Souls". Great track, but this one sounds pretty much the same as the only other single I had ever heard. It's getting a 5....for now.....
I could easily live without hearing this again. But it's not altogether bad. For the moment, a 4
I don't know who they are, but this song is pretty cool.
This is the first time ive heard of this band, or this song, and I gotta sya its not bad. Maybe other songs by the same band are a little better, but this is still something i would listen to more than once.
