All kinds of cool sounds layered in - this totally works for my ears - groovy, funky, twangy. Easy 7, may move to 8 with a few more listens.
wow. first time listening. 8 for me.
Must be referring to roundtherocktx fire in hole pizza
in everyone we find fire in the hole... rate 7

Six years since the last comment?!?!? No wonder this felt like a blast from the past when it started up. Still love it.
Eh.  Just... eh.
Can only take so much Euphoria.  From this cd, would rather hear cowboys.

Nice feel....
as it opened I thought ' hey - is that something new from that Trucks kid?' - and then it went nowhere.

Yup.

Don't be so hard on yourself :) I did too. (not the bit about the wind-tunnel).

It'll still sound like the same riff played over and over and over.

This was really really cool...for the first ten seconds.
I thought the same, Kottke all the way. Great tune Euphoria !

This is unlistenable.
This song remembers me to the music from the German musician Stefan Stoppok. Good.

At least you haven't resorted to:   {#Puke}  (I really don't like that emoticon - there are better ways to express disgust.  Like, f'rinstance, "DRIVEL.") {#Lol}

This song reminds me a bit of Beck.  I like the steel slide - not such an easy thing to master, so I admire (sometimes grudgingly) anyone who can do it.

Okay, we get it - you have a metal guitar slide.  Now maybe you can write more than 2 bars?

yup...sounds a bit hamfisted...

reminds me of listening to Page play the guitar with a bow...yeah it's unique, but not really that great to listen to for more than 10 seconds.

Good for what ails you.

no kidding
A sonic freight train. I like.

Diggin' this
This is a really groovy album. On it, there are stronger cuts than "Fire In The Hole."

Sounded like Beck at first, good thing this song didn't turn out to be a loser.

I hate this song. Everyday it's played at least once, and it' s always the reason to turn RP off as soon as possible.
It's just too much - once you start to dislike it.
I'm pretty sure if I listened to this song long enough, I could be convinced to bark like a chicken.

Yes. Design on yourself and we will all gladly use it.

Juice Harp!
This song reminds me of the sound of a fork getting stuck in the garbage disposal.

The song's pretty good, but some of the comments here rate 10's for hilarity! {#Roflol}
Wonderful slide guitar and the whole piece fits together so well.  Tight.  Sweet.

Yes indeed--with Sergio Leone and John Waters co=producing the film. I can just see it--mentally, but probably not physically!
Have I mentioned that this disc is a must own? Own it! Own it, I say.

I was thinking the same thing. I really love "Blue" (Tina Dico ) so I came to see if this song, which I like too, was on the same album. Bingo!
this i dig.
I like it!

You should hear Ken do 12-string slide .....
Gotta hear Sonny Landreth now!
Talk about Goose Creek and other places...
With a little assist from Geddy Lee... at least on Euphoria's debut CD, which is worth adding to your collection.
love the lazy bass.
Euphoric listening again...!! Sounds good!

Leo Kottke meets Led Zep. I like it though I do find myself wanting to hear some wailing vocals.

Oh ya Groove'n
Slide guitar makes me CRAZY!!!!!!
under the influence of this slide guitar opus, who needs drugs?
Oh man, this track is fantastic! I love the twang of southern flair that feels associated. Takes me back to Firefly... ;)
I love this damn thing!
Hey, gotta like Bill's nice slide from Harrison to Manx to this...some Ravi up next would be good; something from Tana Mana, maybe?
yowza!
When's the levee gonna break?
heard some other songs from the same album... confused me :(

Totally. As far as I'm concerned, this is REAL rock!
Euphoria are pretty special in their own right. Check out their previous album before this, as this is arguably the best song from their newest.
And now, solo on table saw...
always waiting for Robert Plant to sing!
Me like!
I've been a euphoria fan for years... probably even discovered them on RP! It's great to hear something new!!
Keep waiting for someone to sing. Interesting- but not enough so to stand as a convincing instrumental.
