Back in the 80's there was a multi storied Tower Records store located in the Foggy Bottom / George Washington University neighborhood of Washington, DC. I'd browse there all the time but absolutely LOVED loitering upstairs in their extensive jazz record section where there'd always be some wonderful Blue Note or other such label of record playing. I'd just stand there listening for an hour or more basking in the sound of the greats. Great store, great memories. D.C. had so many great record stores back in the day...Penguin, Kemp Mill, Olssons, Takoma, *sigh*
