I think it's just one of Bill's "theme/tangent" sets... He was using this song to segue into Sabbath's Paranoid, and whoa... now he's gone and followed it with Fun Lovin' Criminals cover of Ozzy's Crazy Train I could do without Michael Jackson, tho... Q
