Take all my money
Take all my dreams
I'll swim all across
Your ravaging seas

Just don't play me the fool
Don't make it all new
It's time, time, time, time, time

Bring
Me
My queen

She takes all my love
Takes all my notions
Tears 'em all down
'Til the earth loses motion

Bring me my queen
Bring me my queen

She takes all my love
Takes all my notions
Tears them all down
To the ground

Oh, bring me my queen

She takes all your friends
Takes all your lovers
Buries all the bodies
In her heart's deepest cover

Just don't play the fool
Don't make it all new
It's time, time, time, time, time

Bring
Me
My
Queen

She takes all my love
Takes all my notions
Tears them all down
To the ground

Oh, bring me my queen

Bring me my queen
Bring me my queen
Bring me my queen
Bring me my queen

The misery is all yours, it appears.
Abby comes through the  small town of Thomas, WV to perform the Purple Fiddle from time to time. We've enjoyed her amazing array of songs and musical talents....plus she's really nice and  welcoming! So happy to hear RP feature her, just got blown away by her hubby live on WV NPR's Mountain Stage pushing the boundaries of music in itself. Cheers!
What a beautiful song. Amazing voice. LOVE IT!
Like these comments here. Why can't people hear women's voices as distinctive, individual? Or males think they're comparison to something they already like (and are comfortable with) is the only possible compliment? (It's not all about you).

Thanks RP for giving people the opportunity to fine tune their ears (and assumptions and attitudes).

And for playing so many women and so many women that people aren't familiar with!!! <3 !!!
For a moment thought it was Natasha Khan, with Bat For Lashes.  Very nice.

First time to hear this. Really grew on my quickly. I'll head to iTunes and get this. Wonder what Bela and her household is like on a lazy afternoon when they pull out the banjos.
Isn't Washburn a old name in guitars or is it mandolins?

They build both and they're still around.
reminds me  a little bit of Jane Siberry

Wow! What a voice!
TIL clawhammer style!
Been waiting for this beautiful track to be played for weeks now - couldn't remeber the title or the singer and just caught it at 06:25 GMT

"I'm right infronna yer eyes! Aaachadda cha cha!!!"
For some strange reason, this reminds me of Tom Waits, Swordfish Trombone era... kinda haunting, gets inside you.{#Music}

Good band name.  Sadly, "keister" is a word which isn't used very much anymore.

Oh, Bill! First "It's Good to be King" and then "Bring Me My Queen." Subtle man, subtle. (But I liked it.)
She also speaks and sings in fluent Mandarin.
This is pretty amazing

whoops, he did it again!
..... this is a superb album and worthy of "OUTSTANDING" status
I am liking this more and more...reminds me of The Audreys---a wonderful band.
It gets better each time I hear it, this time with a nice set of bookshelf speakers added to the system in the main salon.  A high 8 and holding.
Verily I say unto thee. This is awesome.
Amazing
would like to hear more from her...

Wouldn't ever call Mitchell or Heap commanding spices. Recognizable, but not commanding.

Yes, I do! Thanks, marmelock. This must be the 2nd time I've heard this. I don't remember hearing it before, but  I must've. I'd given it an 8!
She sounds a heck of a lot like our gal Jane Siberry, who's music I don't hear that much of anymore. Nonetheless, this was a real sweet treat for my ears. What's the rest of the disc like?

Congrats!  Und vielen dank... great track.  Was 'Kangding Qingge' your upload too?  I had high hopes, but it didn't make it.

Wow.  That voice blew me away. I had to stop what I was doing and listen.

Selling records is not a strike against any performer.  It's not really something to consider when judging music.   She has a good voice, which is what I meant.  She is not like Ga Ga shaking her keister all over the place.  Come on now.    Still, I have nothing against Ga Ga's suck-sess

Cute
Fiest like, but with traditional instrumentation. Love the build to the end. Delightful composition.
Nice!

That's right and don't forget Lady Ga Ga either, she sells a ton o' records.

Thank you for playing this. I needed to hear something exactly like this just now.

You can't argue with success like Adele's.   For me, it's all in the melody, the song, the arrangement, so it is a moot point.  This is a lovely voice.

Beautiful
Nice, her voice is nice, like being wrapped warmly and snugly in something soft, and wow I think this is the first time I am hearing this and I LIKE IT
Sparrow Quartet proved her worth (had some guy called Bela Fleck sitting in on banjo) and played a lot of Mandarin oriented melodies.

Um. Uh. Yeah. Adele? On what planet? Lordy. Adele's voice is like a sugar-coated cigarette. Abigail's voice is like a paintbrush of phoenix feather!!! I don't use the word "angel" lightly, but yes...

Generally, feathers don't make good paint brushes - good imagery, though.  Nice tune.

Abigail is pretty amazing.  Married to Bela Fleck, fluent in Mandarin, and a very good clawhammer banjo player.  Formerly with Uncle Earl and the Sparrow Quartet. I wouldn't say her voice is particularly distinctive (lots of verb on this...), but taken all together this is a really excellent album...
just got myself some new speakers... I like this. Who is Adele?

I bet they're like mine, because this really does sound like Adele, in a way.  Then again, I'm hearing a little Emmylou Harris, too.  Yep - really crappy speakers.  I'm gonna side with a_genuine_find and reserve rating until I've heard this a couple more times. {#Mrgreen}

Adele?!  Are you sure you don't mean Leonard Cohen or Ke$ha?  Seriously, you really do need some new speakers.
