lovely looking as well as sounding
love to you Both great sound
I think these might be the correct lyrics:
We got campfire songs in mason jars
Love lost ones tattooed on our arms
Vitamin D and elbow grease on tap
That what we got to bring
Yeah that’s what we got to bring
And we climb the tress to see the stars
Cuz the city can’t keep them from being ours
Gotta get a gulp of the light before we sleep
Cuz that’s what we have to do
Yeah that’s what we have to do
Yeah we do we do we do
Yeah we do we do we do
We got broken hearts up to our knees
Shame and guilt stuck in our teeth
And the fear of people dying knockin at our door
But that’s what we leave behind
Yeah that’s what we leave behind
Yeah we do we do we do
Yeah we do we do we do
Bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum
Bum bum bum ba-ooh ba-ooh
Bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum
Bum bum bum ba-ooh ba-ooh
Ba-ooh ba-ooh ba-ooh ba-ooh
Ba-ooh ba-ooh ba-ooh
We put our troubles on the moth’s wings. We open the windows.
We put our troubles on the moth’s wings. We open the windows.
We put our troubles on the moth’s wings. We open the windows
We put our troubles on the moth’s wings. We open the windows
We put our troubles on the moth’s wings. We open the windows

Not sure if I prefer the artwork to the song... beautiful both. The spidery legs are offset.
Cool, Mothra is on the album cover.
reminds me of Elephant Revival...love it!
Check them out live at a festival near you. They are a blast to see on stage.
Not sure why it pulled up this way, but this page has the lyrics for "Shake" by Shook Twins.

This is actually one of the weaker tunes in a stellar recording. Very nice ladies!

Yawn.

Disagree. It's like Kate Bush and the Wailin' Jennys had a love child. Me likey - definitely not boring.
pretty harmonising but truly terrible tunes. no more, please?

Now to the point, this is good music making, people.
Wow, that last tune from Mari Boine was sublime. Programming is just perfect for me tonight - thanks RP (Guelph, Canada)

thanks for this discovery
Sounds like REM
Way too much play on this band Bill.. Getting burned out on it as it looks like others are here. Not bad, but not something that warrants the amount of play they're getting..

Oh yes - now that you mention it I hear the same similarity. I also thought it sounds a lot like local Seattle artist Laura Love.
reminds me of Fiest, i'd have to hear this a couple more times

Very nice music. They are quite talented. Other than that, they bore me.
Plays in last 30 days: 8 ... omg
I am scared of moths. Don't like the Shooks. Together, I am tempted to scream.
RP is getting me all shook up about the twins, right enough. Lovely voices, fine songs, great backing, and they sure are purty . 8 from the smitten Nottingham jury.
