It don't have to be arty to be good—Winwood showing his versatility as a musician.  Beatles did that all the time—few complained.  Nice, energetic , feel-good number.

Not sure there was a 5 min break from someone playing this song back in the day....

Heard it sooooooo many times I can't really appreciate it even 25 years later.

Winwood's 80's recordings (a/k/a "The Beer Years") are better left in the closet at this point.



Gimme some Spencer Davis "Keep On Running" instead.

For a Voice with as much SOUL as his - It would be a SIN not to do a song like this in 1988.
Yeah his Progressive Rock stuff is GREAT but open your musical taste anyone that doesn't like this song.
