You are my everything
My head, my heart, my mind, my wing
I could give all again
I'm never short of anything with you
The jokes, the laugh, the teardrops too
The games, the fun, the travels too
Yes I'll go through it all with you*
All good things now come from you
I hope you feel the way I do
I hope you give yourself up too
I'm damned to feel the way I do
What have I done to fall so hard
For you

Great artist!!!! Coming from Sweden as she is, l’m proud to hear she is being appreciated beyond Scandinavian. Seen her live couple of times. Quite different Her shows are much “rockier “ then her studio persona…. Nice 😎
ya know...those live chorus vocals kick ass

One of my favorite RP comments of all time. The song is great too, solid 8.
The kid who picked the wooden block out of the instruments box is really having it.

This track used to be a bit annoying years ago, but I've gotta say it's a good performance, especially through the chorus.

? You're weird!! - welcome ;D
Love the beat - reminds me of Terry Jones in a Monty Python sketch where he smashes (fake) rodents with a hammer.

Most live versions miss the mark for me as compared to their Studio releases.
This one is much different, I think mostly on account of the screaming guitar. LOVE IT!!
And Anna is an ANGEL

Yeah, I heard it too. The guitar riff is from some Roxy Music song I can't quite place.
it's from an instrumental track from the album Avalon

True, BUT this live version rocks for an extended period, and it's a song that I just want to go on, so I settled the dilemma by downloading both versions onto my "Dad Rocks" playlist.
Not bad, but I prefer the studio version where Anna's voice comes to the fore, unlike this live version where the band's instruments predominate.

For some reason, I feel the urge to listen to Roxy Music's Love is the Drug...

I don't think you can expect a studio mix from a live recording and still get the raw, live energy that makes a live performance so appealing. This performance and mix absolutely hit the spot for me.
Agreed. But the vocals could have been louder, though that would depend on how the live recording was done.
A big part of her appeal is her voice.

Love this live version. The guitar kicks it up a notch. When I first heard it, I thought it was Dan Auerbach playing guitar.
Nice presentation. She was very creative at the start of her career. "Somebody Outside", "Separation Road" (US version: "Halfway to Fivepoints") and "Leaving On A Mayday" are great albums...

Digging this live version.
quite likeable (somehow had me think of the last moments of the new episodes of Twin Peaks, when great bands play in the bar : )
Superb. Instant 8 and climbing. She's a talented lady.
