I think I like this piece mostly because it was paired with a cool opening montage for American Gods, which was a great series (esp. for Gaiman fans, and fans of the book.
Sounds more like The Midnight Express theme than I Feel Love... Still Moroder like though !

The series based on the book (which I loved) is extremely good. For one, the author is involved in the writing and production. Higly recommended. As for the son, meh....
