This is an upbeat and more correct version of Alanis Morrisette's "Ironic." Because what Alanis called ironic was really just bad luck.

While she was recording this song in Sweden (I think?) she was receiving reports of how her house was burning down! It's amazing she was able to still record, and ironic that such bad luck happened to her. Animals and her guy were all safe, house salvageable, just lost "stuff". Whew.
