Let's not make this
Complicated
I know you
Last night I had the
Strangest dream
That you knew me, too

Oh you need to wake up
I can't have you disappear
Just like my parents house
I've become, a visitor

In the night you say
That you go underwater
You won't take me, no
You won't drown with your lover

You told me that I wasn't available
I guess I wasn't, I wasn't capable
I want to do better this time
But I think you're better in the back of my mind

Oh you need to wake up
I can't have you disappear
Just like my parents house
I've become, a visitor

My mother said I was always afraid of the dark
But I'm not, I don't mind
Having a ghost in my bed

My mother said I was always afraid of the dark
But I'm not, I don't mind
Having a ghost in my bed

(This time your door is open)

My mother said I was always afraid of the dark
But I'm not, I don't mind
Having a ghost in my bed

(This time your door is open)

My mother said I was always afraid of the dark
But I'm not, I don't mind
Having a ghost in my bed

(This time your door is open)

My mother said I was always afraid of the dark
But I'm not, I don't mind
Having a ghost in my bed

(This time your door is open)

My mother said I was always afraid of the dark
But I'm not, I don't mind
Having a ghost in my bed

I wish I knew more about those first few months.  Who was listening?  Are there any recordings of those early music sets?

I was there since the beginning.... found RP under "Eclectic" category on iTunes free stations. RP quickly became the background elixir to inspire creativity at the ad agency I was Creative Director at. We all discovered what would soon be our favorite artists by having RP on throughout the work day. No commercials and stuff you couldn't hear on any single AM/FM station. "Streaming" was a brand new concept and you got billed for how many megabytes per month you used. It was worth it.

Automatic 7 which might be adjusted upon further listening. I really appreciate RP playing new music to keep me from getting stale in my taste. Not just 'new to me' which happens often, but also brand new stuff.  Bill and Rebecca must just be tireless, I can't believe I've been listening since 1997, (longer than this account's age).

Yeah.... me too. Just upped this 7 > 8.

Kinda always knew these guys as a typical 2010s indie folk-pop band. Cool to know they also make music like this
GHOST in my bed!  I get the meaning.

Very nice, very great singing! I really like the interesting, shifting, driving rhythms, too. A Chef friend of mine who met and catered food for them at a festival said they were totally cool, genuinely friendly, down-to-Earth people. Awesome, I think!
Good Tune! I never heard of them before. Thank You RP!
Nice!
yes yes and thank you
This is a lot better than their earlier stuff.
New wave sound.

I like this a lot more than previous Monsters & Men work. Going to have to give this album a listen.
Mediocre band.
I mean... better than their previous stuff, I guess? Still not that exciting.
A song "about disconnection" yep, pretty much sums it up.
Plus, they're growing.
