Indeed, although this is a recent complication (that seems hard to find).
It took some effort to dig through the massive amount of Morricone releases, but this track is originally part of the soundtrack of the 1970 movie “Uccidete il vitello grasso e arrostitelo” (or “Kill the Fatted Calf and Roast It”).
I was searching for prog rock specific radio channels, and said to myself, "Go back to RP, you can find it there" and boom.. Reading my mind..
underrated and exceptional...easy 8 or 9
Makes me think about bands like NITS and Kayak :O
Had never heard this song from him before hearing it on RP. Incredible beauty. The Maestro, indeed.
