I was fortunate to see Anoushka in concert back in about 2019 in Vancouver. It was one of the best shows I've seen, she performs with such joy and passion. It was clear the whole band were just having a blast playing together. Left a lasting impression! (Also saw her about 10 years earlier when she was touring with Ravi.)
More Anoushka please.  She has a new EP out this year which is excellent.
Waiting  for a performance by Anouska snd her step sister, Norah Jones.
What a joyful piece of music. Instant 8!

That it is. My son (11) walked in and immediately stated 'hey, Irish folk on a different instrument' :)))
I don`t wanna hear it anymore, please!
Sitar might be incomprehensible for the western ear 👂🏽 but I do think 💭 that Ms. Shankar’s is undeniable.

One afternoon long ago I was browsing for concerts to attend and learned Ravi Shankar and Anoushka were playing that very evening at McFarlin auditorium in Dallas. Darn, sold out. I phoned the box office and  was told to come down and wait for a ticket not retrieved from Will Call. I raced down there and got a ticket seating me second row center directly behind Ravi's wife. The performace was amazing.
Too manic for this listener...just settle a little...
