and now we furthermore lost a big part of The Cure šŸ™šŸ½ ...
Getting better and better everytime i hear it.
Crazy... they never lost their spirit. What a band!
It wouldn’t be The Cure if it wasn’t brooding and melancholic right?

The funniest part is that not being able to keep a girlfriend is a feature. =)  Smart men don't get married.
Ended just as I was about to fast forward.
Absolutely beautiful song.  Had me in tears.
I am trying so hard to like this new album. It just doesn't do it for me. Much too melancholy compared to their best songs
Das ist richtig gut.

Let’s hear one of your compositions.
Bananetor does not judge, only gives bananas.
I love the seemingly endless intro on this one. There's another one on this new album. With each new measure you think: NOW he's REALLY going to sing!

And music fans like me are thankful he does not

He's been married to the same woman since 1988, so I don't think that's really an issue.

Ha, very funny! Yet he's been married to the same woman since 1988. Or maybe that's the cause of his despair?

I get that most people on RP are not fans of The Cure's more dour offerings, but I happen to love this along with Pornography and the second half of Disintegration that got less airplay. And 40 years on they still put on a fantastic show.

Why would you write that? ...Nevermind...
Excellent.
New album will be released Nov. 1 and I've read a couple of very positive reviews, hopeful it is strong overall!
New Cure!  Excellent...  7 straight out of the box and destined to grow further.  Thanks again RP.
This was a fantastic opener for their concert(s) last year.
I'd see it all again in a sad, lonely heartbeat

William knows his shit....
Morbid and sludgy describe this perfectly.
He’s nostalgic now, yearning for what was. Musically, we’ve all heard better versions of this lament. But Hall of Famers who have to tour need something new to keep it interesting.
I smell a movie score in the future…not a bad thing necessarily, but I’ll have to give it another listen (if William permits) before rating it.
IDK Bill...it's no worse than all that King Crimson I suffer through.
They can do better.
I’m with you Bill. Suck O Barfo.
I've heard worse.
Giving this an 8 to start simply because it's a new Cure single!
Not bad at all
2 first minutes are nice.
