Some music is meant to move one's  body.  
Some music is meant to move one's mind. 

When the body moves, the mind begins to dance.
Does our body move our mind?  Yes. (Primate biology)

Playing and singing music itself is a dance of the mind and the body. 
 
That said, when a mind moves, the sound of a telephone bell
may just be the sort of stimulus that gets one to stop moving
for a moment or two and look around.
