I usually come here to escape Mr. Wallen... c'mon guys.
This fellow is popular, I guess, but it's the first track of his I've ever heard.
Hard pass. A 4 for tunefulness. I can't tell what genre of music it is. Synthetic country, maybe? Nor can I tell where the artist composer musician begins, then bleeds into the digital sound morph. I guess I'm old school, I much prefer music when musicians wrote songs and played their instruments like they really knew what the f they were doing, always aspired to their max, and did it without digital intervention. Don't panic, it's organic. Calling you, Dicky Betts, CSNY, etc.

Sure, it's derivative, with influences from all over the place (esp coldplay!), but hey, I like it, so there. :-)

Noticed a comment that said this was a nothing but thieves cover. well that explains why I liked it. The original is way better.
