Yeah, their stuff is pricey, but it's the best on the market, IMO. They have a product they developed a couple of years ago called a "digital ground" that's designed for inkjet printers. The idea is that you coat paper or fabric with this stuff, send it through your printer, and the dye-based inks will bond with the ground, making it permanent. I'm betting that would world for ballpoint pens, too, though I've never tried it myself.
