Pretty sure that the album title should be "antología", which would be translated as anthology, rather than the current "Anthogia".

Thank You for sharing your memories.
Many years, back when my son was small, we'd be off to Spain for our holidays and I'd have this track playing via cassette in the car just to get us in the 'Spanish' mood. ❤️
Wonderful memories, thanks Bill.

Classical guitar, which also happens to be an acoustic guitar.
Flamenco guitar (wrongly called spanish guitar) which is actually a different type of guitar than the classical one.

"Sexist by design"? As Opposed to the Girl Scouts? And BTW, sexist has nothing to do with perversion,ie: peadophelia. It was an organization to promote skills, responsibility, respect, and self sufficiency of boys who were to become men. I was a Cub Scout, a Webelo, and for a brief time, a Boy Scout. We used to make fun of the title 'Webelo', for obvious reasons, but neither I, nor anyone I knew in the Scouts had any of the experiences that are coming to the forefront of the organization. I learned a lot with them and had many fun times...which had nothing to do with sex. That doesn't mean I defend the actions of the bad players in the organization.

That name seemed familiar. Finally it dawned on me. Baden Powell was the man who created the Boy Scouts.
And now I find that he played the guitar too.
Unfortunately, history has not been kind to the Boy Scouts.
The Boy Scouts were the second (?) largest pedophile network in the world ... after the Catholic Church
Sexist by design, the BSA entered bankruptcy under a tsunami of child abuse claims
The original purpose of the Boy Scouts was basically the advancement of the "ideals" of British colonialism
I checked out Baden Powell the guitarist: smooth, deep

Andres Segovia is worth a look.
Indeed he is, first saw him in Massey Hall, he was a small, suited, portly man who spoke only to pronounce the titles in Spanish and French. Then he bent over his instrument and produced magic. Effortlessly, it seemed, but in the way that spoke of hundreds of hours practice. He played Albéniz, Tárrega, Rodrigo and Enrique Granados.
I then owned 1 album of his music ( I still have those pieces, albeit flac now)but I was left astounded that anybody could reproduce perfection in a strange location with a crowd largely unused to classical Spanish guitar music. All of whom leapt to their feet at the conclusion of his set.
Me included.
Having said all that, Paco DeLucia was probably a better guitarist.

In my opinion, Paco de Lucia was the best acoustic guitar player in the world (including the classic genre). I was fortunate to see his recorded performance at the Paramount Theatre in Oakland, CA (first tour on American soil in thirteen years), and later at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley. Those were magical nights. I will never forget them. Moreover, I will never forget him. RIP.
Andres Segovia is worth a look.

Had the great pleasure of catching him live twice during the mid-2000s in NYC. Great guitarist to watch, and immediately recognizable to my ears. Within seconds of the start of this track, I knew it was him. Glad you left enough material to revisit at my whim, great memories of experiencing your playing live, and that you're here on RP.
Viviendo en España y escuchando a esto.....fantástico!

Godlike....R.I.P.
It's funny to remember what the three genius said once upon many years ago, when Paco de Lucía, Al di Meola and McLaughlin goes to play in a concert and they arrive at the same time that the concert's start.
- "Do not you rehearse?"
- No, we come home tested.
