This is my church
This is where I heal my hurt
It's a natural grace
Of watching young life shape
It's in minor keys
Solutions and remedies
Enemies becoming friends
When bitterness ends
This is my church (3x)
This is my church
This is where I heal my hurt
It's in the world I become
Contained in the hum
Between voice and drum
It's in change
The poetic justice of cause and effect
Respect, love, compassion
This is my church
This is where I heal my hurt
For tonight
God is a DJ (3x)

It's a 10 for me!
This is on my regular playlist for when I am in the right mood. It's a 10 for me when I am in the mood.
And DJs suffer from a tremendous complex of superiority.
Pretty awful. I had to mute RP. Sigh

YES! Absolutely love this. I must say I'm a huge fan of the Astral Projection remix as well... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yhNqfp1-1P4
WOW! :-)
An absolute 10.

Faithless -> PSD Nick Drake... Oh yeah...
God took a vacation and some lame dude stepped in....
Faithless have a few sweet tunes but all I can say is for this one is:
Um, no.

FAITHLESS! Never heard them on Radio Paradise before... YEAH.
Ah, the sweetness of youth. This song spurs memories of that time decades ago, when I was in my "reproductive stage," dancing sweaty all night long. The lyrics are those of a wise old man watching young life shape, seeing kids celebrating life between voice and drum. How refreshing!

Not being a bad song (or whatewer it can be called), it and tons of it's relatives should be played anywhere but the RP. Though i like the thing that Bill keeps on experimenting with the playlist.
The result of this experiment for me - total rejection; thats also a result :)

A great unique British band who wrote some terrific tunes. A pity they disbanded.

Trance on RP, cool! Wouldn't be the track I'd pick, but I wouldn't mind hearing some classic trance on RP. How about DJ Jean the Launch or some cool live stuff from the late 90's?
The world's a Mess: Kill that DJ!
80's zombie disco.
Yechhh.
Yechhh.
This is on my marathon playlist, timed for about mile 24. How can this tune not get you going?
Love this band! More Faithless please!

If Bill just played any techno based song more often..this would be truly Radio Paradisio.

Excuse me while I find my ecstasy and glow sticks...
Songs like this remind of why the "Jizz in My Pants" skit on SNL was so funny and necessary.

and a good one too!!!
Some geneology: Dido sings on a number of songs on the Faithless "Reverence" album. Her brother is the producer. More Dido, please Bill! Sand in My Shoes?
WOW .... this is terrible, nothing against just too not RP @ all for my taste ... DANCE? wtf?

Satisfyingly blasphemous and cool. Pass the Es and Whizz, mate. 7 from the Nottingham jury.

Rock is not everything. I like Faithless and this is a great song although not the best version.

Interesting alternative religion block of songs. Fitting 3 days before Passover.
12:26 am - Faithless - God Is A DJ
12:24 am - DJ Schmolli - God's Gonna Cut You Down
12:19 am - Peter Gabriel - Burn You Up Burn You Down

You're even more right than you think you are.
On their album Reverence almost every second song is a different music genre.
Even I like this song I think it's not their best.
One of their best...amazing live

I like to think of this song as RP's way of saying "look what kind of music we never play here"... Thank you RP - I love you for not playing this kind of music! Let's now forget this ever happened.
Seriously non sequitur department, for those who have been paying attention
who's got the X?

Superb song.
Although i am very fond of radioparadise & Bill's excellent choice of songs, i do miss sometimes this kind of songs (more dance numbers) though.
I also love Faithless, and I think a little diversity on RP away from McMurtry type stuff is OK.

Your basic disco/house/tech/rave, nothing new. Bleah.
Disco, house, trance, happy2bhardcore, etc. are all pretty different subgenres of electronica, particularly in terms of bpm.
I can\'t believe this is the same group that did Bombs - Which I really like. But this, NO

This is okay electronica. Not bad, not great either. But then, I like electronica in general.
I love Faithless
CRAP
Is that Dave Chappelle on the cover?
Yuck! Reminds me of the disco 70's. That record would have ended up on the bonfire at Comiskey...
I saw Faithless last night live. You'll be surprised how good thay are in concert!
This is awful. I usually try to make an effort and forget my prejudices about electronica, but then something as lame and unimaginativee as this comes along...
WTF!!! Had to check I was still listening to RP for a second. I don't mind dance music... but this dross is not up the RPs standards.
