Yeesh. What meter was that?! Couldn't figure it out before the song was over. Odd rhythms can be fin (The Cars have a great song with 5/4 time), but this just seemed unsettling and jerky.

What a refreshing change to find lyrics that are intelligent and insightful instead of banal and cloying
yay, the first song of mine that has been added. This song is from one of my favourite albums of last year, On Night. It is an independant Australian album that has just been released in the UK to good reviews from Mojo, Uncut and Drowned in Sound and was Rough Trade's album of the week. One of the finds of last year.
