I like DK, but this particular cut seems dated - the percussion sounds falling on the offbeat...very 80's. However, I don't think DK has been around more than a few years, so perhaps it's "retro".
To put it in a positive light, my score for this tune can only go up! 
So...Wikipedia says, "Division Kent are a new wave/electro/indie/punk/dub/pop band..." That's the hodge-podgiest description I've heard in awhile. At least they're covering their bases.

Seems almost as if it WANTS to be prog/house but just can't seem to get there... very enjoyable techno.
