Just saw them "The Acoustic Strawbs" in my village (Piermont, NY) - they were astonishingly good, and they played this tune! Go Strawbs!
Not bad!
This is also on "A Taste of Strawbs" Bonus CD btw....

I don't know this one. Something caught my attention and it turned out to be the Strawbs.
Something compelling about it.
Lead singer is definitely Dave Lambert, but now that you mention it...
