As David Letterman used to say, "I'm HIP-MO-TIZED!".
OK to the left, it says this was released 2011. but the PSA William just did right before this said "going back to 1968."
i'm confused....

It's coincidental. The band "Air" is a French duo (which I happily discovered listening to RP).
Does All India Radio have anything to do with AIR? Or is it coincidental?

Simple yet effective.
I like it!! I never heard of them before. Thanx RP!
It's very nice, but it doesn't sound at all like anything from Bollywood.

Quite a different take on the Bob Seger original.
I like the atmospheric nature of the song, but my God it's really repetitive.

Hence the name of the song. Otherwise, the music does not evoke Bollywood. Had me confused, though that is not a great feat in of itself.
All India Radio makes little effort to differentiate the unique sonic space inhabited by the very prolific output.
Just sayin'. I enjoy the music. Always open for some tight, highly creative ambient electronica or whatever you want to call it. Turn it up, turn it down; the best works well at over a wide range of volume.

The music is very good. It is too bad that it doesn't live up to your expectations
I have had more than a few instances where I misidentified an artist and felt stupid for doing so...wasn't the artist, it was me. And that usually meant I dug the song.

...He spent all night staring down at the lights of Bombay
Wondering if he could ever go home...

very spacy, I like it. Must hear it some more times
One moon-rotation has not improved my opinion of this.
From me, a rare sucko-barfo rating.

No likee tappee-tappee !
The website link takes me to the site of the Indian Broadcasting Company, still.
This one reminds me of "Watercolour Guitars" by The Fireman (Paul McCartney and Youth). They seem to be related. I have to go back to their Rushes CD to check it out.
Interesting band, capable of producing pleasant, almost ethereal, sounds ...
Bollywood nighs is an Extra-ordinary one, someone prompting him '' I mirror '', and has some Yen..

I love All India Radio, my problem is that I can't just listen to a few songs, I burn out. Then I can't listen to other music for awhile. Portishead seems to help, though.
Not so much Bollywood nights, more God was an Astronaut for me.

Hypnotic, but multifaceted. Better than average dream pop.
........ liking this a lot
loving these guys
i fell asleep writing my comment:-)
Very nice. Dreamy...
4th dimension.... there and back...
..easy to slate A.I.R like this at a 7 to start..the floating groove is likely to rise, too..thx RP!..
Appropriately, I suppose, the link to the artists' website comes up with the Broadcasting Corporation of India. I was wondering if there was some association with the Carla Bley song by the same name from Escalator Over the Hill. Still don't know.
Pretty badass.
Having a hard time keeping my eyes open and brain still during this one. Kinda takes me away...
