I'm digging the Summerland album from '08 that she's featured predominately on.

I leave at the coincidence,  I am glad some animals can coexist
It makes life much easier, unless someone in the kingdom changes their playlist.
Then  I got scarlet town, I know it ain't a bird, and can't fly,
Man, get off that cat.

This girl is tone deaf, but it had one good thing it woke me up.

I hear you, All I want is a catchy hook and predictable baseline. This makes me want to throw myself down a flight of stairs.
Finally a woman making interesting music on RP and people gave it on average a 5.8.
It's interesting, it's good. It deserves an average of 7.

There is Portishead's Sour Times in there as well
Makes me think of Shirley Bassey singing a Bond song.  Not 'Goldfinger' -  something other.  Jane has a  verrrry nice voice.

Yes, but Portishead wants their styling back. Me likey, even tho!

Love the  cover. Very Picasso

Only if the climactic scene involved James being drugged on Valium, tied up and dragged around on a shag rug. In slow motion.

Just...No. Not tonight and probably never.

k.d. lang's heretofore unknown twin?
strange but in an interesting and good way. I like it.
7 > 8
If Pablo Picasso composed music I imagine this is what it might sound like. (Sorta like the album cover.)
"Strangers in the night" mixed with the original theme from Star Trek.  Odd.
Interesting.
Starting out with a 5.
Another creepy-cool girl like Annie Clarke?
Okay, a 6
Starting at a 4.  Not sure what to think yet.
Interesting and certainly caught my attention!
totally digging this! thanks RP! {#Music}
Practically could have been a James Bond theme.

well said. (But a little of that "wandering off-key voice" goes a long way)

yes....yes, exactly. 8 from the Welsh valleys...well this valley...OK this cottage in this valley.
weirdly arresting
Nicely discordant and off-kilter, with a beautifully sensual voice. 8 from the spooked yet seduced Nottingham jury.
Hearing a snatch of Portishead in this one, mixed with "Strangers in the night".  Not a fan, sorry.
If voice could make gorgeous love to their instruments, we have here arrived...!
