+1 to 9, after yesterday's hearing of this in the most appropriate of settings. The wife and I were nearly home from a day spent enjoying our remote forest camping property at the south end of Camano Island.
Having endured nearly 2 hours of accident caused traffic backups, and witnessing a beautiful Pacific Northwest Sunset, this track popped up on the play list. It also marked the moment traffic was moving at the posted 60mph limit (still slow considering 10 over is the "real" speed limit anymore) and in my head I knew the track was long ,and amazingly it ended right after we pulled into our driveway at home.
"And the Day Turned to Night. And the Night was Filled with Weirdness."
Long Live Radio Paradise!!
Great story. Thank You for sharing it!

Can never have too much shpongle, and a 20 minute track is just perfect for me this morning!
Same Here!!
Shpongle is such a bright spot in an otherwise rather dark period.
No worries, it's gotten so much better since.....
Bill, what the hell were you thinking??
Bill was probably thinking: "if you don't like it, hit the skip button!" I think this tune is GREAT!!
This was really GOOD in 1998. ... But so many kids with synths and computers have been flooding so many discos with bad ripoffs of this.
And exactly that's the reason why THIS is outstanding.
