Immunity, long overdue
Contagion, I exhale you
Naive, I opened up to you
Venom and mania
Now, contagion, I exhale you

The deceiver says, he says
You belong to me
You don't wanna breathe the light of the others
Fear the light, fear the breath
Fear the others for eternity
But I hear them now, inhale the clarity
Hear the venom, the venom in
What you say inoculated
Bless this immunity
Bless this immunity
Bless this immunity

Exhale, expel
Recast my tale
Weave my allegorical elegy

Enumerate all that I'm to do
Calculating steps away from you
My own mitosis
Growing through division from mania

Exhale, expel
Recast my tale
Weave my allegorical elegy

Forfeit all control
You poison, you spectacle
Exorcise the spectacle
Exorcise the malady
Exorcise the disparate
Poison for eternity
Purge me and evacuate
The venom and the fear that binds me

Your veil now, lift away
I see you runnin'
Deceiver chased away
A long time comin'

Reminds me of Porcupine Tree if Steven Wilson were in an angry mood

love your work fu.kin
Good sound 🔊 great for a Saturday afternoon here in the Republic of Ireland 🇮🇪 in a small catlic community 😂  called swords ⚔
fu.k.n Great work exalent sounds amazing
🤌
Slowing down to pay absolute attention to this...thanks, Bill!
anyone else notice that Bill and crew only follow Tool with Led Zeppelin/Robert Plant?
I think it shows how much sonic authority Tool has claimed!

Cirque du Soleil should choreograph a performance to Tool.

That would be Totally Cool!!
Cirque du Soleil should choreograph a performance to Tool.
Exciting but it gets repetitive and boring after a few.  Middling.

It is because Maynard is so busy with A Perfect Circle and Puscifer.
on tour this year, 2024!!

I love Tool but there are dozens of songs by them better than this one. I don't know why this gets played so often.
Oh what a Rock. I like Tool with their tools. Best Album ever, what a feeling.

Never thought Tool would be RP's kinda jam. I've never been so pleased to be wrong.

Simply a fantastic song!
Excellent addition!
Love the mix of this songs, with the forward guitars.
Once again, Bill & Rebecca prove they are the coolest people to ever host a radio station!

What a pleasant surprise hearing Maynard Keenan today...I still remember the videos to their earlier stuff. Such crazy warped images that can never be unseen, but well worth it.
Tool time…

Thanks for mentioning this, back on the releaseday I was trying to figure out what title and lyrics might refer to and was somewhat struggling. Nowadays... pretty straightforward
Not nearly as good as Undertow. Not even close. 6

The only 10 in my collection and I didn't need to think twice...
EXCELLENT!!!

Hell no. I bought my first Tool album back in 1996. Best consumed on a big sound system with good bass speakers, and the volume as high as you can bear..

I was sitting in camp at Bonnaroo 2006, some 45 min. from the security gate to enter the stage area. Tool was playing and I remember listening to the massive bass roll thru the campground thinking how loud it had to be at the main stage. We were pretty much straight back from the stage...but way back.  Oh...I took your advice and turned the JBLs up.
Godlike.

If we're getting some Tool, maybe a chance at Caligula's Horse or Haken? Some Plini?

So cool. But, what do these guys have against 4/4 time? 😜

Dude, they also hate E standard tuning! Such haters!  ;p
Tool on RP. Cool. Bill expands the universe.
The song is too short. Want more
More Maynard.
Please play the holy trinity: Tool, Puscifer and A Perfect Circle!

This may not be what every Tool fan expected but with headphones on this is sonically very special.

I haven't heard this before but it's now on the main mix.
Bonham, Pert, Paice, Carey, White "Lenny"
What?  Tool on RP?  This is a first for me, i love it.  Bill, more Tool!!!
Totally missed this "new" release; I like this tune on first listen. Thanks RP for keeping me on the pulse (even if it is from 2019)! And for even playing Tool.

What did you end up rating this? I give it a 9 based on Tool's radical departure from earlier work. I have handed out around 150 9's out of 2000 ratings.
Tool on RP... wowzas!
Great
Very nice! Love Tool. Loving RP!
Like a swarm of mosquitos in my hearing aids.
Nice.
Just in time for the Great Reset.
Stoked to see this moved from the rock mix into the main mix!!  OGT!
Another interesting band I would never have heard of if it wasn't for RP.

Do they remind anyone else of Porcupine Tree?

Danny Carey leaves that to the mortal drummers, as Neil Peart did as well.

Wow the virus song in center. Tool knew it coming already 2019
Freakintastic, Tool at RP and smashing the sound waves into pieces !

Would like to give this another ^ 1 but, sounds too much like same ole Tool....like 'em but, let's see them diversify their sound a bit from same drum rolls/guitars riffs!
This was my No 2 album of 2019.
Uitstekend album, echte aanrader!
