Have you ever tried to love someone who wasn't even there?
No one really knows
Where it goes from here
But we all decompose
And slowly disappear
If evil lays its hands on me
Shine a little light on my soul
Show me things I cannot see
Shine a little light on my soul
Go to places that you used to go
But they don't feel the same
See the faces that you used to know
But they forget your name
No one really knows
Where it goes from here
But we all decompose
And slowly disappear
If evil lays its hands on me
Shine a little light on my soul
Show me things I cannot see
Shine a little light on my soul
If evil lays its hands on me
Shine a little light on my soul
I'm waiting, praying, patiently
Shine a little light on my soul
IDK. I have liked them for a long time, but, I have hit "burnout" with them!
You know, I did too, but this album is really really good.
During the virus work-from-home period (5 mo+ in my case), I decided to grow out my hair. I've worked in a fairly conservative profession/office environment for 30+ years, so my locks typically stay clipped pretty short. Right now ... my hair's longer than it's been in 45 years (back to the teenage yrs in the 70's) -- my wife of 34+ yr is a little .... shocked! heh heh
Songs like "Shine a Little Light" give all this new-found hair some purpose -- gotta flip it around 'cause this song ROCKS!
I didn't cut mine for 20 months from the start of the pandemic and I needed a cut when it started. Went from a business cut to it bunching up on my shoulders. Quite the look for someone in their mid 50s.
It`s well known fact, listening to rock music makes your hair grow.

I did the same, with the exception that my out of office period has been >18 months. My hair is now longer than it's been since HS (1978). I revealed my "new do" on a Teams video meeting and people almost passed out laughing. It was awesome.

Lol! Seems to be a trend. I've not had long hair since my teens but it's grown LONG since I last had it cut, over a year and a half ago. I'm just gonna let it get longer.

I'm about 20 months from my last cut. The tail is easy 10 inches. Longer than I've ever had it.
One of those records that just gets better and better over time. Trust me.
Yep, you right!
Darn it's turning to winter.
